Naily News: OPI miWorld Salon For The Kid In Your Life

Nothing like starting ’em young! OPI, along with Claire’s, Dairy Queen, and Sprinkles Cupcakes, have teamed up with toy brand MiWorld to create some pretty incredible kids playsets. The level of detail is amazing – very realistic, very fun, and seriously cute.

JAKKS Pacific, owners of miWorld, created an OPI nail salon complete with a manicure table, a spa chair, 12 teeny tiny polish bottles in a teeny tiny bottle stand, teeny tiny nail tools, and a teeny tiny gel lamp and light, naturally. Forget buying this for the kids, we have one on order for the office!

“The love for nail color is truly ageless. By partnering with JAKKS Pacific, girls have the opportunity to engage with one of their favorite brands and in one of their favorite activities in a new, authentic way,” explains Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Co-Founder & Executive VP.  “Whether girls see beloved family members going to the nail salon, or they’ve enjoyed the salon experience themselves, they can become both the nail technician and the customer through miWorld.

“OPI will also offer a mini lacquer set including four bestselling shades,” adds Weiss-Fischmann. “Girls can give and receive manicures and pedicures with tiny accessories – then have their nails painted using the real product!”

They aren’t new colors in the mini set, but they are four beloved classics – Need Sunglasses?, Do You Lilac It?, Princesses Rule! and Funny Bunny. Perfect for getting the young girls in your life hooked on polish. You can find the playset at Walmart, Toys ‘R’ Us and other major retailers for $14.95 each, $25+ for the playset with the polish set.
