In The VIP Chair: Polish Me Nail Spa, Jersey City Salon Review

In The VIP Chair salon reviews pedicure.com

“Polish Me Nails Spa you have renewed my faith in Jersey City nails salons”. That’s the text that our Editor Elise woke up to as I left the busy, boutique salon last Saturday morning. The sun was shining and all was good with the world as I ventured over to Jersey City to have an early brunch with friends, did I mention there are some amazing places to wine and dine on the other side of the Hudson? My friends were running late (oh I just love it when people are 30 minutes late and text you as you arrive to your destination, hmm hopefully said friends don’t read this – yikes!) and as I was already across the river so decided to have a quick pedicure. As I walked into the salon, I was greeted by an immaculately presented woman, who I later found out was the owner. The salon was small, but bustling with energy as the owner walked from client to client asking how they were and ensuring they were happy with the services being offered. Honestly in all my years I have not seen better service from a salon owner. I only had time for a pedicure and after all of the walking I had been doing of late my poor footsies needed it. I choose a dark color for spring, CND Vinyl Lux – Tinted Love. My pedicurist said it lasts longer so would cost an extra $5, I was happy to pay it especially after the exceptional services I had received. My toes twinkled with delight at the primping and polishing as my pedicurist concentrated on perfecting my feet. She didn’t speak which normally bothers me as I love to have a chat, however this day I enjoyed the silence. I know what my Editor is thinking – “there is a God if Ruth can stop speaking for more than 2 minutes”.

I would definitely return to this salon and highly recommend you pay it a visit.

Until next time,

Ruth
