What I’m Wearing Wednesday: OPI ‘Number One Nemesis’

Welcome to a new feature on Pedicure, we love our polish but sometimes just showing you a picture of the latest office mani isn’t enough! So we’ve created a new way of showing off our mani but reviewing it at the same time- What I’m Wearing Wednesday.

As promised in our article on Monday, today Editor Mette is sharing one of her favorite Winter glitter polishes, OPI’s ‘Number One Nemesis’.

‘Number One Nemesis’ was released as part of The Amazing Spiderman Collection in 2012 and draws inspiration from Dr Curt Conners’ lizard alter-ego. It has a base color that combines dark green, gray and bronze undertones with a gold and silver sparkle, trust us when we say it is not just a straight khaki glitter like it looks in the picture. It is a winner in our eyes because of its versatility, the different color tones mean it goes with pretty much anything in your wardrobe. Plus it’s a pretty good dupe for Chanel 529 ‘Graphite’. The glitter adds a bit of party to your mani and only requires 2 coats (although Mette loves a bit of sparkle so opted for 3 coats to maximise the glitter). It lasts really well and is a real staple in any polish lover’s collection, we highly recommend you add it to yours.

So, if this polish tickles your fancy, it’s available to buy on Amazon for only $5!

Our Editor Mette is a fan of a glitter manicure, she can often be found pleading with her manicurist for just one more coat to achieve the ultimate sparkle. She's Australian so forgive her for occasionally writing in British English.
